• Before hanging, make sure washer is secure in washer seat

• Check to see that adjustment wing nuts are tight and there is no excessive play in the hinge

• Penis should be as low in shaft well as possible

• When tightened, top gap should be smaller than or equal to bottom gap

• Make sure hanger is tight enough to support desired weight
