I love this program. Use it everyday.

Was wondering what you thought about adding a "total amount of hangtime" count. So after each set the set-time is added to a total to show how long you've spent hanging for the day.

Just a thought. But I Love it the way it is too!

yea not a bad idea really

i've also suggested to him that he look into adding some record keeping. Just a simple log that shows what days you hung, how many sets, and the duration...maybe even the amount of weight used. But I think that was a little too much work.

This thing works great! Thanks for coming up with it!
Starting point: Nov. 2, 2009/BPEL 5.75 x 4.75 inches.
Current BPEL 6 7/8 x 5 inches.
Goal: BPEL 8 x 6 inches.

Forgive me for being a bit paranoid, but I checked the file with jotti.org (it checks for malware with about 20 different anti-viruses). Good news, the latest version is clean (I didn't check previous versions). It's not an absolute guarantee, but it's a good sign.

Here's a link to the test (you'll have to remove the spaces to make it work)

It took some playing for me, but I finally figured out how to edit the default rest time. It looks like you just click on "hanging...." and the drop-down list pops up.

I really like that your application automatically tracks the number of completed sets... Simple, but very useful.
